Series AFG Averaging Flow Grid

Description: The Series AFG Flow Grid offers a straightforward yet highly accurate and cost-effective solution for monitoring air or compatible gas flow. Designed to transmit a continuous differential pressure signal, this device ensures trouble-free monitoring for years to come. Its simple installation process, both in workshop and on-site settings, allows for versatile application across a wide range of square and circular ducts. Made available in kit form, the AFG Flow Grid is easy to fit and integrates seamlessly with suitable measuring instruments, such as manometers or pressure transducers, providing reliable flow rate readings.

Applications: The AFG Flow Grids provide reliable readings in various 'in duct' locations, often where other flow rate measuring devices fall short. They are ideal for environments with moderate humidity and clean air streams. However, they should not be used in conditions with high humidity or where sticky materials are present in the air stream, as this may affect calibration. It is recommended to provide access for cleaning when installing an AFG Flow Grid in environments with high dust burdens.
