COMPETITIVE PRICING POLICY

At Tecnologia, our commitment is to satisfy our customers by providing a diverse range of high-quality products at exceptionally competitive prices. 

Our Competitive Pricing Policy pertains exclusively to personal shopping for items available in Tecnologia store. Please note that value-added services such as delivery are not covered under this policy.

If you find another Australian store offering a lower price on an identical product, both in-store or on their Australian website, we are ready to Price Match, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The exact product (same brand, model/style), product offer, or bundle is in stock and available for immediate purchase at both Tecnologia and the competitor's store.

2. A Tecnologia Store Team Member can verify the price and product availability.

3. Competitor's official written quotation is provided as evidence and is dated within 5 days.  

Please note that we will not Price Match or Price Beat if:

1. The competitor's price is below our cost price.
2. The conditions for Price Match, as mentioned above, are not met.
3. The competitor's product is a demonstration model, second-hand, or refurbished.
4. The product is sourced from a store or supplier with special conditions or trading limitations, such as Duty Free stores, factory outlets, warehouses, clearance centres, or a business under insolvency administration.

5. The product is sourced from an unauthorised reseller.

Additionally, we will not Price Match products being sold below cost on our own online website, tecnologiashop.com.au.

Please be aware that once a Price Match is agreed upon, no further discounts, promotional offers like Bonus Gift Cards or Gift with Purchase, will be applied.

Lastly, Price Matches/Price Beat are only valid at the time and date specified during the agreement.
