1. What are your accepted payment methods?
Shop, Shopify Payments, Paypal, and Google Pay. Other payments methods are also available during checkout.
2. How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through Sendle carrier.
3. I have a project, can tecnologia help me?

4. What is the availability of your products?
Together with our partners, we work with a flexible inventory, we have multiple distribution centre across Australia, for that purpose some items are strategically located in other regions. That's why we commonly process all orders within 48h before shipping.
5. Can I pick up my order? Where you're located?
Yes! We're located at Unit 5/37 Anzac Ave, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567. Note that this is NOT a physical store, please order online and collect when available for collection. We have multiple distribution centre, for that purpose some items are strategically located in other regions. That's why we commonly process all orders within 48h.
