Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at contact@tecnologiashop.com.au within 30 (thirty) days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization code and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the item(s) you're returning, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip in the package.

  4. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the returned item(s) back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the package reaches us safely.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3(three) days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that:

  • The refund amount will exclude any shipping fees incurred during the original purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • After evaluation of the returned items, if not defective a 35% restock fee can be charged.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at contact@tecnologiashop.com.au with your order number.
