Series DX Differential Pressure Switch

Description: The Series DX is a precision pressure switch designed to make a contact output based on the differential pressure between two pressure sources. Enclosed in a weatherproof, type 4X enclosure, this switch features a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) snap switch. It is engineered with low differential pressure set points and a high single pressure limit, ensuring accurate and reliable performance in a variety of applications.

Operating Principle: The DX utilizes opposing diaphragms to sense the high and low pressures. A pivot mechanism transfers the difference between these two pressures to actuate the switch.
